I think Insanity is SUCH a fun workout for couples to do together, especially if you have a competitive side in you. That hard work paid off and his results are phenomenal! So phenomenal in fact that Beachbody themselves contacted us to see if they could use his results as an Insanity success story!Įven though he had seen many amazing transformations from my clients and been there every step of the way through mine it wasn’t until he experienced his own that he decided to actively start coaching himself, which is amazing, because now we can help men and women BOTH with their fitness and change even more lives! He didn’t miss one workout during that 60 days even when he was working crazy hours and late nights plowing snow in our lovely Michigan winters and being a dad to our 3 year old. That’s one thing I love about my husband though is that instead of backing away from a challenge…he works harder. Shaun T had kicked his booty and he knew the next 60 days would be a challenge. He barely made it 6 minutes into the first video before maxing out and didn’t even complete the whole 30 minutes before he had to tap out.
He saw the previews for Insanity Max and decided that it looked “tough enough” that he would agree to jump around in the basement. Well that all changed in January of this year when he realized that it had been THREE years since he had set foot in a gym (a place he used to LOVE) and he just didn’t know where he would find the time to make it back into the gym. He has told me since the beginning though that I would never catch him “jumping around to videos in the basement”.
My husband has ALWAYS been supportive of my being a Beachbody coach and always been supportive of my choices to REALLY focus on fitness and nutrition and make better choices to feed our family.
